In order to improve the application value of rental housing space,it is extremely necessary to perform the reasonable plan and design,so the research on space combination and house type configuration in rental housing building design is proposed.Based on the two-orientation and single-orientation house types,this paper analyzes the current situation of space combination and house type configuration of rental residential buildings.In combined with the actual needs of rental residential buildings in the application stage,the space combination principles with flexibility,comfort,harmony,economy as the core are established,and targeted planning and design studies are carried out for the living room space,bedroom space and dining room space.
