Strict construction management is helpful to improve the construction level of construction projects and ensure the orderly implementation of various construction tasks in construction projects.This paper first explains the content and necessity of the engineering management innovation mode,then summarizes the common deficiencies in the current construction management,and finally puts forward some suggestions for construction management innovation,hoping to consolidate and promote the improvement of the construction engineering management level,enhance the intensity of construction management innovation,and provide reference for peers.
