This paper analyzes the cost management and cost control of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.Firstly,the importance and influencing factors of cost management and cost control of the current mechanical and electrical installation engineering are analyzed,and then the strategies are proposed from the aspects of project control objectives,subcontract selection and personnel quality,so as to improve the cost control and cost management efficiency of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
