In recent years,the scale and total mileage of building construction investment in China have been expanding,which is conducive to promoting social and economic development.With the development of technology,construction enterprises involved in the building construction are not limited to the pursuit of production and operation scale,but pay more attention to the high-quality enterprise development.Therefore,construction enterprises should carry out a comprehensive analysis of the project cost,make scientific decisions,and implement precise control.This paper deeply studies the cost control problem in the bidding stage of construction projects,and puts forward the cost control management strategy in the bidding stage of construction projects.
