In order to explore the construction scheduling problems in the construction site management of water conservancy projects,this paper first discusses the key issues in construction scheduling,including the rational allocation of construction resources,the optimal arrangement of construction process,and the control and adjustment of construction progress.In terms of methods and technologies,this paper introduces traditional construction scheduling methods,such as critical path method and network planning method,as well as artificial intelligence-based construction scheduling technologies,such as genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,aiming to improve the construction efficiency and quality of water conservancy projects.
