In order to improve the overall quality of construction projects,maximize economic benefits,and effectively control the construction cost of projects,relevant units must integrate advanced project management concepts into practice.However,based on the current practice,there are still many shortcomings.Therefore,managers must continuously explore and improve the project management mode,so as to achieve better implementation effect of construction projects.This paper aims to deeply explore the concept of project management,analyze the current status of project management in the field of construction management,and finally put forward feasible practical scheme.
