For the construction unit,the project cost is related to the long-term development of the enterprise,so the construction unit should actively implement the whole-process cost management and control,improve the level of cost control,and finally realize the improvement of economic benefits.In order to further optimize the whole-process cost management and control of the construction unit,this paper first summarizes the characteristics of engineering construction management,and then discusses the key points of cost management and control carried out by the construction unit in different links,hoping to provide a certain reference for relevant peers.
