摘要
建筑行业作为我国经济发展的支柱产业备受各界关注.当前,建筑工程施工管理中受到人员、材料等诸多因素影响,使管理水平存在一定的不足.为了提高施工管理水平,本文首先说明施工管理的研究意义,然后分析了当前建筑工程施工管理的现状,最后提出了改进建议,希望可以为相关工作者提供一些参考.
Abstract
As a pillar industry of China's economic development,the construction industry has attracted much attention from all walks of life.At present,the construction management of construction projects is affected by many factors such as personnel and materials,so that there are certain deficiencies in the management level.In order to improve the level of construction management,this paper first explains the research significance of construction management,then analyzes the current situation of construction management in construction projects,and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement,hoping to provide some reference for relevant workers.
