摘要
当前房地产下行,各类工程低迷,市场丧失活力,作为建筑施工企业如何降低施工成本取得最大经济效益、维持企业发展,需造价从业人员从专业角度进行分析,采取有针对性的措施,提升精细化管理水平,才能取得良好的经济效益和企业发展的内在动力.本文将从施工成本构成要素进行分析并提出相应的措施,以达到成本控制的目的.
Abstract
At present,the real estate shows a downward trend,all kinds of projects are sluggish,and the market has lost its vitality.For a construction enterprise,in order to reduce the construction cost,maximize the economic benefits and maintain the development of the enterprise,the cost practitioners need to analyze from a professional point of view,take targeted measures,and improve the level of refined management,so as to achieve good economic benefits and the internal power of enterprise development.This paper will analyze the components of construction cost and propose corresponding measures to achieve the purpose of cost control.
