摘要
高质量的水利工程施工管理是提高水利工程建设质量,提高工程经济效益和社会效益的基础保障.在新时代背景下,我国人民群众物质生活逐渐丰富,人们生活水平越来越高,社会发展的需求越来越大,这也就对水利工程建设要求越来越高,不仅要求水利工程在惠民建设上有一定的价值,同时还需要在环保建设、节约资源、保障城市居民安全用水等各个方面都发挥高质量的作用.基于此,本文针对水利工程施工管理影响因素及应对策略进行简要分析.
Abstract
High-quality construction management of water conservancy projects is the basic guarantee for improving the construction quality of water conservancy projects and increasing the economic benefits and social benefits of water conservancy projects.In the context of the new era,the people's material life in China is gradually enriched,the people's living standards are increasing,and the demand for social development is also increasing.Therefore,higher requirements are also proposed for the construction of water conservancy projects,which not only requires certain value of water conservancy projects for the construction of benefiting the people,but also needs to play a high-quality role in environmental protection construction,resource conservation,and ensuring the safe use of water for urban residents.Based on this condition,this paper briefly analyzes the influencing factors and coping strategies of construction management of water conservancy projects.
