摘要
在建筑工程监理工作进行时,使用常规监理方式很难完全达到工程质量、安全以及进度等方面的高度需求,所以,导入精细化管理就成了解决一些问题的有效手段.通过对工程细节的透彻理解,发现精细化管理能够提升监理工作准确性与针对性.本文从实际出发,分析了建筑工程监理工作中精细化管理的思考,希望能够为有关人士提供借鉴.
Abstract
During the construction project supervision,it is difficult to fully meet the high requirements of project quality,safety and progress by using conventional supervision methods,so the introduction of refined management has become an effective means to solve some problems.Through a thorough understanding of the project details,it is found that refined management can improve the accuracy and pertinence of supervision work.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the thinking of refined management in construction project supervision,hoping to provide reference for relevant people.
