Practical Application of BIM Technology for Refined Management of Building Construction Based on EPC Mode
BIM technology has been widely used in the refined management of building construction,and the social environment of its development is closely related to the management of general contracting projects.Based on the EPC general contracting mode,the project quality management model and BIM technology project collaborative management platform are established,and the collaborative management and control of project objectives are implemented,forming a new method that is more suitable for EPC mode project management.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the collaborative performance score of engineering project management using new method is higher than 97 points,the collaborative benefit is more prominent,and the method is feasible.
