摘要
在现如今的建筑工程中,造价管理是非常重要的内容.为确保建筑工程的经济与社会效益,通过建立完善的预结算制度、提高建筑工程设计水平、加强造价人员专业素质、确保工程费用预估合理等举措,可以加强工程造价复核管控,提高造价管理的效率与水平.本文分析了工程造价结算审核内容,探讨了建筑工程造价结算审核中的问题,就建筑工程造价结算审核的优化策略进行研究,以供参考.
Abstract
In the current construction projects,cost management is a very important content.In order to ensure the economic and social benefits of construction projects,some measures such as establishing a sound pre-settlement system,improving the level of construction project design,strengthening the professional quality of cost personnel,and ensuring the reasonable project cost estimate can strengthen the project cost review and control,and improve the efficiency and level of cost management.This paper analyzes the content of project cost settlement audit,discusses the problems in the construction project cost settlement audit,and studies the optimization strategy of the construction project cost settlement audit,for reference.
