Application and Development Analysis of Innovative Models in Construction Project Management
Most of the construction enterprises in China's construction industry have the characteristics of small scale,but the projects they undertake are complex and cumbersome,which causes the failure to effectively guarantee the quality of engineering projects.Through the researches on industry development,it is found that the problems such as the low management level of the engineering party become increasingly severe.Therefore,this paper studies the current development status of the construction industry and the characteristics of related industries,and conducts research on the innovative scheme of construction project management,so as to provide reference and development ideas for the development of the construction industry.
