摘要
市政工程建设施工是满足民生需求为导向,以民众满意度为评议的首要标准,市政工程从立项、设计、施工、验收等全过程必须考虑民生需求,确保市政工程建设施工安全及质量.不可否认的是,市政工程监理工作开展必须遵循规范化现场管理,规范促科学,科学谋发展.本文聚焦于市政工程监理现场规范化管理,通过对市政工程特殊性及监理工作重要性进行分析,结合新时代发展导向,为市政工程监理现场规范化管理提出可行的对策建议.
Abstract
Municipal engineering construction is oriented to meet the needs of people's livelihood,with people's satisfaction as the primary criterion for evaluation.Municipal engineering must consider the needs of people's livelihood in the whole process of project establishment,design,construction and acceptance,so as to ensure the safety and quality of municipal engineering construction.It is undeniable that the municipal engineering supervision work must follow the standardized on-site management,the standardization promotes science development,and the scientific plan contributes to the development.This paper focuses on the standardized on-site management of municipal engineering supervision,analyzes the particularity of municipal engineering and the importance of supervision work,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the standardized on-site management of municipal engineering supervision in combination with the development orientation of the new era.
