摘要
智慧城市是新时期城市发展的必然方向,而智能建筑的发展则是实现这一目标的重要途径.在传统的智能化建筑的运营管理中,后期需要耗费大量的费用,这就造成了智能建筑后期运营缺乏管理,用户在智能化建筑中的体验感较差.所以,如何减少智能化建筑的运作与维护费用,就显得尤为重要.基于此,本文以BIM应用技术为切入点,阐述其在智能化建筑物体的重要价值体现,并进一步论述其具体应用,仅供参考.
Abstract
Smart city is the inevitable direction of urban development in the new era,and the development of intelligent building is an important way to achieve this goal.In the operation and management of traditional intelligent buildings,a lot of costs are required in the later stage,which causes the lack of management in the later operation and management of intelligent buildings,and poor experience of users in intelligent buildings.Therefore,how to reduce the operation and maintenance costs of intelligent buildings is particularly important.Based on this condition,this paper takes BIM application technology as the starting point to elaborate its important value embodiment in intelligent buildings,and further discusses its specific application,which is for reference only.
