摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,建筑行业开始引入新技术工艺,从而打造智能建筑工程.多数建筑企业不太了解信息技术,开展建筑工程建设时,整体施工工艺复杂,涉及较多的专业内容,导致工程管理的问题突出.建筑企业要协调各专业、各工序,提升建筑工程管理效率.基于此,本文着重分析BIM技术原理与特点和其在建筑工程管理中的具体应用.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,the construction industry has begun to introduce new technologies and processes to create intelligent construction projects.Most of construction enterprises are not aware of information technology.When carrying out construction projects,the overall construction process is complex and involves more professional content,resulting in prominent problems in engineering management.Construction enterprises should coordinate various specialties and processes to improve the efficiency of construction engineering management.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the principles and characteristics of BIM technology and its specific application in construction engineering management.
