Construction Management and Quality Control Methods for Construction Projects
Construction project is an important part of social development,and its quality is directly related to the quality of life of the people and the long-term development of the country.Therefore,construction management and quality control of construction projects have always attracted much attention.However,despite the development of the construction industry over the past few decades,there are still some problems and challenges in practical application.This paper will discuss the construction management and quality control methods of construction projects to meet the needs of project quality improvement,and propose some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction quality management of construction projects,ensure the improvement of project quality,and contribute to social development.
