摘要
绿色环保理念深入人心,建筑工程管理是绿色建筑施工建设阶段的重要工作内容,在推行绿色建筑工程期间面临诸多问题.本文分析了绿色建筑工程管理的意义,结合绿色建筑工程管理内容,从政策体系、绿色评价、协调管理、竣工管理四个方面重点阐述绿色建筑工程管理实施策略.通过管理工作的落实,有利于推进绿色建筑建设,提升绿色建筑工程管理的效率.
Abstract
The concept of green environmental protection interiorizes,and construction project management is an important part at the construction stage of green building and there are many problems during the implementation of green building projects.This paper analyzes the significance of green building project management,combines with the green building project management content,and expounds the implementation strategy of green building project management from four aspects:policy system,green evaluation,coordination management and completion management.Through the implementation of management work,it is conducive to promoting the construction of green buildings and improving the efficiency of green building project management.
