摘要
近年来,随着社会经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,大规模建筑工程的数量越来越多,这不仅导致施工难度增加,还大大增加了施工投入及施工风险,使建筑工程造价控制困难重重.建筑工程项目施工中,相关部门需制定完善的造价预算管控模式和体系,通过对造价预算的管理控制,各道工序和各个施工项目的造价能够控制在合理范围内,有效避免出现造价超预算的问题,在保证工程施工质量的前提下,提高企业的经济效益水平,确保建筑工程项目的造价有效管控.
Abstract
In recent years,with the social and economic development and urbanization process acceleration,the number of large-scale construction projects has increased,which not only leads to the increase of construction difficulty,but also greatly increases the construction input and construction risk,causing the difficulty in controlling the cost of construction projects.In the construction of construction engineering projects,the relevant departments need to formulate a sound cost budget control mode and system.Through the management and control of the cost budget,the cost of each process and each construction project can be controlled within a reasonable range,the problem of cost over-budget can be effectively avoided,which improve the economic benefit of the enterprise under the premise of ensuring the construction quality of the project,and ensure the effective control of the construction project cost.
