摘要
在建筑工程中,合理的建筑工程造价可以提高工程的整体质量.为了避免在施工过程中出现问题,越来越多的建筑企业逐渐重视预结算审核工作,其目的是为了保证工程的稳定性和安全性.但是由于预结算审核工作的特殊性,在实际作业过程中容易受到内外因素影响导致审核工作质量不理想.因此,建筑企业需要明确审核工作要点,以此为依据建立管理标准,切实提高审核工作水平.
Abstract
In construction engineering,a reasonable construction project cost can improve the overall quality of the project.In order to avoid problems in the construction process,more construction enterprises gradually pay attention to the pre-settlement audit work,aiming to ensure the stability and safety of the project.However,due to the particularity of the pre-settlement audit work,it is easy to be affected by internal and external factors in the actual operation process,resulting in unsatisfactory audit quality.Therefore,construction enterprises need to clarify the key points of audit work,accordingly establish management standards,and effectively improve the level of audit work.
