摘要
在建筑工程中对工程造价进行有效的控制,可以使施工企业的经济利润达到最大.然而,从当前的实际情况来看,在工程项目的建设中往往会有费用超预算的现象发生,对工程项目的建设质量造成了很大的影响,同时也在某种程度上增加了施工企业的投资.为此,文章浅析了建设项目成本超支的成因,并在此基础上提出一些行之有效的对策.
Abstract
The effective control of project cost in construction project can maximize the economic profit of the construction enterprise.However,based on the current actual situation,over-budget phenomenon often occurs in the construction of engineering projects,which has a great impact on the construction quality of engineering projects,and also increases the investment of construction enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of construction project cost over-budget,and accordingly proposes some effective countermeasures.
