摘要
近年来,我国建筑工程发展速度较快,工程造价管理在建筑工程建设发展阶段非常重要.建筑工程质量对项目造价管理水平存有较大影响,所以需要全面提升建筑工程造价管理水平.当前在我国建筑工程造价咨询行业发展阶段,对建筑工程全过程造价是重要的发展方向.为了能全面实现建筑工程全过程造价咨询业务高效化开展,需要找寻针对性的实现路径,组建完善的全过程造价咨询业务,这样才能够保障项目长远稳定的发展.
Abstract
In recent years,the construction engineering in China has been developed rapidly,and project cost management is very important in the construction and development stage of construction engineering.The quality of construction projects has a great impact on the level of project cost management,so it is necessary to comprehensively improve the level of construction project cost management.At present,in the development stage of construction project cost consulting industry in China,the whole-process cost of construction projects is an important development direction.In order to fully realize the efficient development of the whole-process cost consulting business of construction projects,it is necessary to find a targeted realization path and establish a perfect whole-process cost consulting business,so as to ensure the long-term and stable development of the project.
