Construction safety management of construction projects is a management system that construction enterprises must strictly follow.The focus of construction safety management work of construction projects is to implement the safety management system in every work link,thereby ensuring that each construction task can be completed smoothly,and the safety accidents can be avoided.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction safety management of construction projects,and accordingly puts forward several optimization measures for construction safety management of construction projects,aiming to promote the continuous improvement of the construction safety management level of construction projects in China and promote the better and faster development of the construction industry.
