污水调蓄池深基坑地基土加固施工技术

为应对竹园片区污水溢流和初期雨水污染问题,提高其污水调蓄能力,新建50万m3调蓄池及配套设施.为满足储罐体积大、占地面积小的要求,采用深基坑工程,对软土地区深基坑常采用地基土加固技术.本文主要讨论三重管高压旋喷桩和RJP工法桩在污水调蓄池深基坑地基土加固施工中的应用,此法可有效隔断承压含水层、降低对周边环境的影响.对于被动区,加固施工技术也能更好地提高土壤的力学性质指标,对围护结构的变形稳定起重要作用.
Construction Technology of Deep Foundation Pit Foundation Soil Reinforcement of Sewage Storage Tank
In order to cope with the problems of sewage overflow and initial rainwater pollution in Zhuyuan area and improve its sewage storage capacity,a new storage tank at 500,000 m3 and supporting facilities are built.In order to meet the requirements of large storage tank volume and small site area,deep foundation pit engineering is adopted,and foundation soil reinforcement technology is often used for deep foundation pit in soft soil area.This paper mainly discusses the application of triple pipe high-pressure rotary churning pile and RJP process pile in deep foundation pit foundation soil reinforcement construction of sewage storage tank,which can effectively isolate the confined aquifer and reduce the impact on surrounding environment.For the passive zone,the reinforcement construction technology can also better improve the mechanical properties of the soil,and plays an important role in the deformation and stability of the enclosure structure.
