This paper comprehensively analyzes the application value of BIM technology in steel structure bridges,analyzes the existing problems in steel structure manufacturing,introduces the process operation of using BIM technology to establish and improve the engineering model,and analyzes the specific practices and results of BIM technology applied to the design,processing,production,installation,construction,operation and maintenance of steel structure bridges,hoping to promote the high-quality popularization and promotion of BIM technology in the construction of steel structure bridge projects and improve the quality of the project.
