Influence of New Green and Environmentally Protective Building Materials on Construction Project Cost Management
In recent years,the development of construction industry in China has reached a new historical height,the living environment of people becomes more comfortable,and the environmental problems such as global warming are increasingly prominent,so the concept of green,sustainable and environmental protection building has been frequently mentioned,and people have put forward higher requirements for green buildings.Compared with traditional building materials,the use of green building materials will inevitably lead to an increase in the construction cost budget,thus lead to a decrease in the engineering project income of the enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes the advantages and status quo of green and environmentally protective building materials as the starting point of research,analyzes its impact on construction project cost management,and hopes to improve the quality of construction project cost management on the basis of meeting the requirements of green building.
