Xuzhou Railway Station,serving as a vital regional transportation hub,connects several significant railway trunk lines,including the Beijing-Shanghai Railway and the Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway,and undertakes substantial transportation tasks.With the establishment of Xuzhou Metro Line 1 Station East Square Station,the development of the Station East Hub Transportation Transfer Center and its surroundings is imminent.This paper studies the comprehensive development of land around Xuzhou Station,aims to provide references and insights for the land development of similar urban railway transportation hubs,so as to offer beneficial ideas and suggestions for advancing urban development and promoting optimization of urban spatial planning.
