In the project quality management of prefabricated buildings,the EPC mode can be used to clearly monitor the quality data according to the project characteristics and information,improve the management effect,and ensure the project quality.This paper mainly analyzes the project quality management of prefabricated building in the EPC mode,and discusses the specific methods to solve the problems in original quality management and improve the project quality through the EPC mode.Through the effective implementation of the EPC mode in the project quality management of prefabricated building,the quality management effect can be effectively improved and the quality control in the whole process of the project can be achieved.
