摘要

建筑工程管理在改扩建工程施工中极为重要,要结合项目施工要求,对相关工作的展开做好部署.本文分析了当前建筑施工过程中存在的几大影响因素,研究在项目精细化管理的模式下,如何有效保障工程质量,在既定时间内交付项目使用,以期为工程提供参考.

Abstract

Construction project management is extremely important in the construction of reconstruction and expansion projects,and it is necessary to make arrangements for the development of related work in combination with the construction requirements of the project.This paper analyzes several influencing factors in the current construction process,and studies how to effectively ensure the project quality and complete the project within the specified time in project refined management mode,so as to provide reference for the project.
