Analysis of On-site Construction Management and Control Strategy in Construction Projects
At present,the economic development in China is rapid,the living levels of people have been greatly improved,people have begun to pay attention to the quality of life and have gradually increased requirements for construction.Moreover,with the development of the economy,the market competition in construction industry becomes fierce.To occupy a place in the fierce market competition,the construction enterprises need to strengthen the management and control at the construction site,so as to ensure the project quality,shape the good image of enterprise,and establish a good reputation of enterprise.This paper analyzes the principles of on-site construction management and control,discusses the current situation and existing problems of the management and control work in the construction of construction projects,and proposes scientific and feasible solutions to ensure the quality of construction site management and control.
