Application of Whole-Process Tracking Management of Project Cost in EPC Mode
Taking the EPC mode engineering project as the research object,this paper focuses on exploring the working method of the project cost.Using the theoretical analysis method,this paper first analyzes the basic overview of the EPC mode,points out the control mode of the whole-process tracking management of the project cost in this mode,shows the special feature of the project cost management in the EPC mode,and emphasizes the importance and focus of the whole-process tracking management in the project cost,so as to provide references for related staff.
