With the acceleration of urbanization development,the quality management technology of housing construction engineering continuously develops and progresses,and the application effect of engineering quality management technology is related to the success or failure of the project in the project construction process.This paper analyzes and summarizes the key points of quality management technology in each sub-unit item project of housing construction engineering and applies them,which can further improve the project quality and promote the high-quality development of housing construction engineering.
