In recent years,with the increasingly severe external environment of urban rail transit decoration projects,the project cost is gradually increasing,and the overall benefit is not satisfactory.Project cost management is the key to the success of the project,and also is the basis for the improvement of economic benefits of the enterprise.Therefore,project cost management is particularly important.This paper mainly starts from the actual cost management of enterprise for urban rail transit decoration projects,sorts out the key problems in the current cost management,puts forward solutions and corresponding measures,and accordingly promotes the lean management of project costs.
