The civil construction site management of construction project is an important guarantee to ensure the quality,safety and progress of the project.Optimizing site management is of great significance to improve project quality and construction efficiency.However,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the civil construction site management of construction projects,such as frequent safety accidents,many quality problems,and construction delays.Therefore,how to optimize construction site management has become a key issue.This paper proposes a series of optimization strategies to improve the management level of construction sites in construction projects.
