With the rapid development of modernization in China,the market pressure of the construction industry is also increasing.In particular,due to the defects of cost management,various financing models greatly affect the traditional cost management model.If the construction unit wants to achieve economic growth,it is necessary to clarify the causes of the project cost problem,and put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper briefly expounds the causes for the over-budget of construction projects and the significance of the control strategy research,analyzes the factors affecting the project cost,and takes corresponding measures to meet the needs of construction units and produce a positive impact on the sustainable social development in China.
