Water resources are the basis of human life and urban operation.However,with the influence of factors such as population growth,climate change and water resource pollution,many cities are facing water resource scarcity and water environment problems.How to reasonably plan and manage the urban drainage system under the limited water resource condition has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the urban drainage planning and management under water resource constraints,so as to provide valuable guidance for solving urban drainage problems.
