Cost Control and Measure Management in Municipal Engineering Construction
In recent years,the rapid development of market economy in China has promoted the sustainable development of construction engineering industry in China.With the continuous advancement of urbanization process in China,municipal engineering has been highly valued,and the market competitiveness of municipal engineering has become increasingly fierce.However,there are still many problems in the development process of the whole industry,and many project cost management systems and models have no longer adapted to the current development requirements,so it is necessary to innovate the model for coordination and take scientific and reasonable measures to promote the development of construction project costs.This paper understands the cost management content of municipal engineering construction projects,then analyzes the existing problems,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide reference for relevant researchers.
