This paper studies the construction management method of highway bridges based on BIM technology,and explores its potential in improving construction efficiency,optimizing resource utilization and reducing risks.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the current application of highway bridge construction management methods based on BIM technology in 3D model establishment,collaborative design and construction,engineering quantity calculation and resource management,construction progress management and other aspects,and puts forward the suggestions on how to improve the application of BIM technology in data collection and update,intelligent construction process control,data sharing and collaboration,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
