With the rapid development of construction engineering technology,the application of mass concrete in building construction has become increasingly widespread.Mass concrete has become an indispensable part of modern construction due to its structural superiority and economic benefits.This paper outlines the basic concepts of mass concrete and the importance of its application in building construction,and discusses in detail the selection of materials,proportioning principles,as well as pouring methods and process control techniques,with an emphasis on analyzing the temperature management and crack prevention strategies,as well as the quality control and testing standards throughout the pouring process.In terms of construction control measures,the preparation of the construction site,the technical preparation and preplanning before pouring,and the monitoring and adjustment methods during construction are explained in detail.Finally,the post-completion evaluation and maintenance are discussed to provide technical guidance for mass concrete pouring.
