Intelligent Construction of Low-Rise Prefabricated Houses in Rural Revitalization
In order to reasonably solve and observe the intelligence development of prefabricated buildings,this study proposes the intelligent construction of low-rise prefabricated houses,which solves the influence of factors such as long time consumption and component connection on the project.BIM and other construction software are used for demonstration and simulation in advance to check the rationality of the project.The primary-secondary groove and anchor construction method,independent foundation and other structures are used to improve the structural stability and factory collective production,which save time,and facilitate installation and transportation.Through the virtual building of the BIM model+actual construction or management site,the loss,depreciation and safety of construction materials in the operation stage are predicted,accordingly the intelligent construction of rural low-rise prefabricated houses is promoted in many aspects.
