高速公路岩溶隧道换拱施工技术应用

喀斯特地区高速公路隧道常遇到岩溶等不良地质,在遇到岩溶时,容易发生拱顶掉块、塌方等问题,从而导致钢拱架变形、侵限,因此需要对围岩进行重新加固并对侵限的钢拱架进行换拱.由于换拱前需要将侵限的钢拱架进行割除,该过程会造成整体支护能力减弱,局部应力过大,安全风险很大.本文以岳圩口岸联线公路汉邦2号隧道为例,对隧道换拱施工的技术要点及安全管控要点进行了详细研究探讨,以加强隧道换拱过程中的风险管控,保证隧道施工安全.
Application of Arch Changing Construction Technology in Expressway Karst Tunnel
Expressway tunnels in karst areas often encounter bad geology such as karst.When karst occurs,it is easy to cause problems such as arch falling and collapse,which leads to the deformation and limit of the steel arch frame.Therefore,it is necessary to re-reinforce the surrounding rock and replace the steel arch frame with the limit.However,due to the need to remove the steel arch frame before changing the arch,this process will cause the weakening of overall support capacity,too large local stress,and very high safety risk.Taking Hanbang No.2 tunnel of Yuewei Port as an example,this paper discusses the technical points and safety control points of tunnel arch exchange construction in detail,so as to strengthen the risk control in the process of tunnel arch exchange and ensure the safety of tunnel construction.
