Analysis on Unbalanced Quote and Countermeasures in Tendering of Bill of Quantities of Thermal Power Projects
Project cost management is the key content in the construction of thermal power plants,and is closely related to the project construction cost,and can effectively save the project expenditure.In order to further improve the cost level of thermal power projects,it is necessary to firmly follow the valuation mode of bill of quantities,perform well in project tendering management,and reduce the financial risks and hidden dangers caused by unbalanced quote means.Based on this condition,this paper briefly expounds the types of unbalanced quote in this mode,deeply analyzes the causes of unbalanced quote,and puts forward scientific and feasible coping strategies,aiming to improve the control effect of unbalanced quote in the tendering of bill of quantities,for reference.
