摘要

本文围绕超低温储罐基础底板大体积混凝土施工质量控制展开研究,对超低温环境对混凝土性能的影响进行了论述,强调了冷却引起的收缩和脆化问题对混凝土的影响,探讨了施工工艺与温度控制,包括大体积混凝土施工工艺流程、温度控制与保护措施.最后对混凝土强度与密实性控制进行了详细论述.

Abstract

This paper investigates the quality control of mass concrete construction for ultra-low temperature storage tank foundation baseplate,discusses the influence of ultra-low temperature environment on concrete performance,emphasizes the influence of shrinkage and embrittlement caused by cooling on concrete,and discusses the construction process technology and temperature control,including the mass concrete construction technology process,temperature control and protection measures.Finally,the control of concrete strength and compactness is discussed in detail.
