Taking the construction project as the research object,this paper explores the relevant contents of the construction economic management and the whole-process project cost in the project.Using theoretical research way,this paper introduces the importance of whole-process project cost in the construction economic management,analyzes the measures related to whole-process project cost management,points out the effective strategy for improving the whole-process cost management in economic management,demonstrates the direct influence of whole-process project cost on construction economic management,so as to provide reference for the practical work.
