Analysis and Research on Effective Strategies for Construction Project Management and Construction Quality Control
The rapid development of real estate industry leads to a significantly increasing number of construction units,the competition among various units become increasingly fierce,and the quality control issues of construction projects receive increasing attention from construction units.In order to improve the design level of construction projects,it is necessary to improve the collaboration of various construction projects.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the current situation of construction project management and construction quality control,and summarizes relevant effective strategies:construction personnel need to actively adopt advanced technology,reasonably manage various construction resources,implement the awareness of quality control in the whole process of engineering construction,strictly control the construction quality,and promote the high-quality development of construction units.
