本文对工程造价全过程管理进行了初步探讨.首先阐述了工程造价全过程管理的意义,包括成本控制和预算管理、决策支持和风险管理等.接着分析了工程造价全过程管理存在的问题,如数据质量问题、信息不对称等.最后提出了工程造价全过程管理的措施,包括提升数据质量管理、加强信息共享和沟通、完善预算编制与控制流程等.通过这些措施,可以实现对工程造价的有效控制和管理,提高工程的经济效益和社会效益.
Abstract
This paper preliminarily discusses the whole process management of project cost.Firstly,the significance of the whole process management of project cost is expounded,including cost control and budget management,decision support and risk management.Then,the problems in the whole process management of project cost are analyzed,such as data quality problems and information asymmetry.Finally,the measures for the whole process management of project cost are proposed,including improving data quality management,strengthening information sharing and communication,and improving the budget preparation and control process.Through these measures,the effective control and management of project cost can be realized,and the economic benefits and social benefits of the project can be improved.
