Quality is the soul of construction engineering and the image of enterprise development.Currently,there are still some shortcomings in the civil building construction management.In order to improve the quality of civil building construction,this paper first explains the significance of construction management and quality control,then analyzes the main factors affecting the construction quality,and finally puts forward the methods of construction project construction management and quality control,and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation and safeguard measures for construction methods,for reference only.
