摘要

本文探讨了铝合金模板体系在绿色建筑施工中的优势与不足,并详细介绍了其施工技术要点.铝合金模板以质轻、高质量、可重复使用和经济性著称,但存在管理体系不完善、初期成本高和对施工人员要求较高等问题.施工技术包括结构准备、模板质量检查、放线、墙柱和梁板模板安装、拆除工艺及施工质量评价等步骤,该体系显著提高施工效率和质量,符合绿色建筑理念.通过本文论述,以期为相关领域提供一定指导和参考.

Abstract

This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of aluminum alloy formwork system in green building construction,and introduces its construction technology points in detail.Aluminum alloy formwork is famous due to light weight,high quality,reusability and economy,but there are problems such as imperfect management system,high initial cost and high requirements for construction personnel.The construction technology includes structural preparation,formwork quality inspection,laying out,installation of pilaster and girder plate formwork,demolition process and construction quality evaluation,as well as other steps.This system can significantly improve construction efficiency and quality,and comply with the concept of green building.Through the discussion in this paper,it is hoped to provide some guidance and reference for related fields.
