Analysis on Construction and Decoration Project Cost Control Based on BIM Technology
In the information age,massive project data lead to the characteristics of construction project management data centralization.Project cost management is an important means to ensure the orderly progress of construction projects and achieve the expected benefits.Due to the wide range and difficulty of project cost management,higher requirements are proposed for management personnel.As an emerging technology,BIM technology has been widely used in the cost management of construction and decoration projects,and has effectively improved the data processing efficiency of management personnel.This paper first expounds the characteristics of the cost of construction and decoration projects,then introduces the application value of BIM technology in the cost management of construction and decoration projects,and finally analyzes the specific application and optimization measures of BIM technology in the cost management of construction and decoration projects,aiming to provide reference significance for improving the decoration cost level of construction engineering in China.
